Hello, my name is Lindsay and I am an Image Consultant based in the rural outskirts of Biggleswade in Bedfordshire.
I’ll begin by telling you how my journey with Colour Me Beautiful started. I had my colours analysed back in 2015 and was mesmerised by the transforming effects that each coloured drape had upon my appearance. As the Consultant placed the various drapes near my face, I quickly began to see how some colours made me look washed out, tired, even casting shadows over my face. Whereas others gave me an instant radiance, with glowing skin and sparkling eyes. I felt as though I’d discovered the world’s best kept secret.. what a simple, yet drastic way to instantly improve my appearance! From that moment on, I vowed only to wear colours which actually flattered me.
What followed, surprised me even further. People who didn’t even know I’d had my ‘colours done’ noticed something different about me and the compliments rolled in thick and fast.
Finding the entire process fascinating I became very keen for others to discover their confidence through colour too. I’d worked in the field of education and adult learning for many years and a method to entwine this alongside supporting ladies to look and feel their best really appealed to me.
I chose to complete my training to become an Image Consultant with Colour Me Beautiful as they are the leading authority in colour and styling. Through them, I became certified to offer the following services:

Every service is a unique and enjoyable experience, which is tailored to you and your specific needs. I have a very warm and supportive approach to my work, after all I can still remember how apprehensive I felt when I arrived for my own consultation.
The majority of my consultations take place within my home studio, which is an 1850s workshop, fully renovated with my services in mind. For example, It has four large windows overlooking the garden, allowing natural light to flood in. This ensures that it is the perfect space for analysing your colouring. My studio is detached from the family home, so there is minimal chance of any disturbances – although my two sons are well trained in serving tea or coffee with a slice of cake!
